Here is how we made custom Lego shirts: 

  1. We measured a Lego shirt width 1.5 cm height 1.2 cm
  2. We opened a document that size in Adobe Express 
  3. Then we designed the shirts
  4. We printed them out on label paper
  5. We cut them out and carefully stuck them on minifigures
